Is the 100-night trial really risk-free?

Yes, our mattress trial really is completely risk-free. We really believe the best place to try our mattress is in your home, and we make it easy and risk-free for you. Our amazing adjustable comfort technology allows you and your partner to find that perfect fit. For any reason, if it isn’t perfect within 100 nights, just call or email us. We’ll remove it at your convenience and return ship the mattress with no additional fees and provide a 100% full refund. (Please note: Mattresses are fully refundable, but the Premium Adjustable Base is not refundable.)

Is white glove delivery and setup really included?

Yes, at no additional cost, our white glove delivery includes a scheduled delivery in a time window that works best for you, complete installation in your bedroom, and removal of all packaging and waste.

Can you remove & recycle my old mattress?

Yes, this service is available in most states for a small additional fee. Just email us at hello@bryte.com with your order number and request, and we’ll arrange it for you.

How easy is it to set up?

It’s easy and takes a few minutes. Just make sure the mattress power cable is plugged into a wall socket. Download and open the Bryte app from the Apple AppStore or GooglePlay. The app will guide you to connect your bed to WiFi and help you personalize your bed. And if you need help, our team is ready for you by phone, chat or email.

Is there a showroom nearby where I can check it out?

We are currently in one retail showroom at Harmony Home near Raleigh, NC. However, we believe any in-store test can’t replace the true best test: in your bedroom over multiple nights. So we’ve designed our in-home trial and guarantee to be easy and risk-free. This allows you to fully experience the Bryte Bed, tune your comfort, and ensure that it really works for you.
