(This is a contract to permanent opportunity) The Growth and Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and producing on-strategy digital priorities, tactics, and campaigns. This will be a hands-on, do-it-yourself role from design, development, optimization, and analysis of Bryte’s digital marketing efforts.
Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this position will take a hands-on approach to executing online marketing activities (e.g., performing website updates, search engine marketing, paid media management, email marketing), producing creative within templates, and optimizing the website to maximize web traffic from search engines. This person will create, produce, manage and own digital projects, assets and overall project organization to ensure project requirements and deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon. They will also use common martech tools for tactic execution and consistently provide analysis and reporting for benchmarking and improvement.
