Job summary

(This is a contract to permanent opportunity) The Growth and Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and producing on-strategy digital priorities, tactics, and campaigns. This will be a hands-on, do-it-yourself role from design, development, optimization, and analysis of Bryte’s digital marketing efforts.

Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this position will take a hands-on approach to executing online marketing activities (e.g., performing website updates, search engine marketing, paid media management, email marketing), producing creative within templates, and optimizing the website to maximize web traffic from search engines. This person will create, produce, manage and own digital projects, assets and overall project organization to ensure project requirements and deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon. They will also use common martech tools for tactic execution and consistently provide analysis and reporting for benchmarking and improvement.

Key responsibilities

Webflow Design, Development and Content Production

  • Create and update content on Bryte.com
  • Website updates and page creation using Webflow (including development of CMS and limited custom front end development (HTML, CSS, JS)

E-Commerce (Shopify) Design, Development and Optimization

  • Shopify updates and management, including theme customization, setup and integration of 3rd party apps and products

CRM and Marketing Automation with Hubspot

  • Outbound campaigns
  • Marketing automation (Drip campaigns, workflows, etc)
  • Analysis and reporting

Paid Media

  • Create, manage and optimize Paid Search (SEM), Google Ads, and retargeting (Meta, LinkedIn, etc) campaigns
  • Create and manage targeted landing pages in Webflow and Shopify as appropriate

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Assesses end-to-end conversion funnel performance using Google Analytics, Hotjar and/or equivalent tools of your choosing
  • Deploy A-B and Multi-variant experiments and personalizations to
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of growth experiments to improve overall performance

Creative production

  • Create design assets according to brand guidelines and design templates as required by digital marketing channels - social media, paid media, web content, email marketing content, etc

Marketing calendar management

  • Organize and communicate marketing calendar showing campaign and tactic roadmap for digital marketing activities

Content Marketing and SEO

  • Collaborate with SEO partner on SEO initiatives and monitoring for performance against set of strategic search terms, perform necessary on-site SEO tasks, and partner on content (blogs, landing pages, FAQs, and guides) to optimize for strategic terms
  • Collaborate with external partners for link building

Analytics and reporting

  • Consistently monitor digital marketing efforts to provide benchmarking and tactic progress and results

Job qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in relevant field of marketing with at least 3+ years experience in a tech or ecommerce startup
  • Specific portfolio experience of working with Webflow, Shopify and Hubspot. (Please provide portfolio link or attached examples within application)
  • Relevant marketing, design or technology degree
  • Portfolio of creative production
  • Personal passion for digital content creation and audience building
  • Ability to work from home effectively and with initiative in a fast changing, dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience of, or passion for the fields of wellness and/or sleep is a bonus
  • Demonstrable experience marketing premium/luxury brands
