Where can I try a Bryte Restorative Bed?

We have our beds in multiple hotels and at the Cybermanor in Los Gatos, California where you can experience the Bryte Bed. Please reach out to us at hello@bryte.com and we can determine how you can experience the bed depending on your location.

What are my payment options?

We accept credit cards or you can finance through our partner, Affirm, at the time of purchase. We do not accept cash.

When does my credit card get charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

Do you have financing available?

Yes, financing will be available when you place your purchase order before your product ships, through our partner Affirm. You will be presented with various financing options at that time (based on your credit).

How long does it take to receive my bed when I purchase?

Typical shipment is 1 - 2 weeks, depending on demand and availability. We provide you with a delivery timeframe when you complete your purchase and will reach out to schedule a delivery closer to the expected shipment date. If you represent a hotel and would like to discuss installing the Bryte Bed into one of your properties, please email us at href="mailto:hello@bryte.com">hello@bryte.com.

What is your return policy?

Your BRYTE Bed may be returned within 365 days from date of initial purchase provided your BRYTE Bed is clean and undamaged. All sales of the Special Edition Bed Frame are final. Accessories (i.e. products other than BRYTE Bed and Bed Frame) may be returned for credit within 90 days of purchase.

How do I process a return?

Accessories may be returned by sending us an email at hello@bryte.com and we'll take care of the rest.

Do you have a store?

We are an ecommerce company but we do have several hotel partnerships and showrooms where you can experience the Bryte Bed. Please email us at hello@bryte.com to arrange a viewing.

Do you offer discounts?

We occasionally have promotions at events or in store. Sign up for our email list to stay informed of upcoming events.

What happens if I have a problem with my bed?

Don't worry, we've got you covered under our BRYTE-Hearted Guarantee. A complimentary 5-year care package is included. All you have to do is email us at hello@bryte.com, let us know what the issue is and a BRYTE Ambassador will contact you to see if we can remotely fix the problem first, and if not, we will send out a service rep to service, or if needed, replace your bed.

Do you offer a product care service and warranty?

We offer a complimentary five-year complete BRYTE Care package that covers the product and any service, as well as an extended warranty for up to 8 years.

How do I unsubscribe from BRYTE marketing emails?

You select the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of your email or go to bryte.com/pages/unsubscribe.

Do you offer Twin sized beds?

No we do not offer Twin sized beds or sheets. We offer the beds and sheets in Queen, King and California King sizes.

How can I purchase an extended warranty?

You can purchase an extended warranty right on the cart page when you purchase your Bryte Bed.

How does the financing work?

We partner with Affirm. When you purchase the BRYTE Bed, you will be asked for a few pieces of information for a real-time decision. Checking your eligibility won't affect your credit score. You'll get a result in real time and know up front exactly what you'll owe, with no hidden costs and no surprises. Just select Affirm at checkout.

Where are Bryte Beds made?

BRYTE Beds are designed and made in the USA.

How long will your bed last?

We've designed our bed to last over ten years.

Will my Bryte Bed fit in any frame or do I need to buy a Bryte bed frame?

Yes, the BRYTE Bed fits in most bed frames as it's a standard Queen, King and Cal King size. The only requirements is to have slats and 2" of space below the frame for airflow.

If I don't have WiFi in my house, will the Bryte bed still work for me?

Yes, the BRYTE bed will still work without WiFi, providing a comfortable, dynamic experience. However, some of the AIDEN learning improvement and reporting features will be disabled since they require WiFi connectivity to the BRYTE Cloud. Does the Bryte bed require electricity to work, and what happens if my electricity goes out?

Yes, the BRYTE bed plugs in to 120V power. But if the power goes out, the BRYTE bed is designed to still work as a bed, providing a comfortable experience. Without power, the adjustable and learning features will be disabled.

How long does it take the AIDEN to learn my personal sleep characteristics and improve my sleep?

AIDEN starts learning on the first night you sleep. AIDEN typically takes several weeks to initially learn your characteristics, but you can help accelerate learning by providing your helpful feedback on how you feel through the BRYTE app. The longer you sleep on the BRYTE bed, the more personalized and improved your sleep experience becomes. And AIDEN will also continue learn and adapt over the years, as your lifestyle, sleep behaviors, activity and body change over time.

How is my privacy protected?

We have designed the BRYTE bed from the ground up with your privacy in mind. One of our main priorities is to delivery on our promise to maintain anonymity for each and every customer, so you can rest easy. BRYTE has no mechanism to create a link between a person and their data unless explicitly agreed to. You do not need to create a BRYTE account to enjoy the benefits of having your bed cloud enabled. You can create an account if you choose, but it is not required.

Is the bed compliant with industry safety standards?

Yes, it is compliant with The Standard for the Flammability of Mattress Sets, The Standard for Household and Commercial Furnishings, UL, FCC, EMI, and EMC Standards, State regulated chemical restrictions, and our BRYTE internal standards for shipping, excessive wear, safety and use. Do I need to buy a separate box spring or base foundation?

No. The BRYTE bed comes as a complete mattress and foundation base set. These are designed to work together as one system.

Can I override the automated bed controls?

Yes. The AIDEN system is designed to automagically manage your bed environment, but we also provide the setting options to turn off various auto features of the bed.

What kind of phone do I need to work with this bed?

The BRYTE app works on iPhone 6 and above, iOS 10+ and on Android 6 and higher. If you aren't sure whether the BRYTE app will work on your phone, please email us at hello@bryte.com.

How much power does the BRYTE Bed use?

The BRYTE Bed requires a three pronged outlet with 120V AC. The maximum power/current usage is 600W / 5A max. Typical operating power/current usage with Active Coils ON is 11W / 0.1A. With heating ON: 585W / 4.8A, and with cooling ON: 270W / 2.2A. On a typical day, assuming 2 hours of heating and 2 hours of cooling, the BRYTE Bed would utilize 80W. What if my phone dies, will my bed still work?

Yes, if your phone dies, the BRYTE bed will still fully function, providing the complete comfortable, dynamic experience. Your phone is used to tell AIDEN preferences and feedback, gain insights on your sleep, set your wake up experience, and enable on-demand features.

Can you tell when I'm being intimate with my partner?

No, that is just between you and your partner. The BRYTE system has been carefully designed to securely protect your identity and keeps your personal sleep and bed sensor data fully anonymous. When you choose to remain anonymous, BRYTE has no mechanism to create a link between a person and their data. We also included a special disable mode on your BRYTE app that disables the sleep detection feature on the bed.

Do you need a remote to use the bed?

All you need is your smart phone and the BRYTE app to fully utilize the BRYTE Bed. No extra remote required.

Is the bed recording my conversations?

No, the bed does not record any sounds. In the future, we may provide optional sound features but only with your explicit consent.

Do I need a smart phone for the bed to work?

The BRYTE Bed will still provide a comfortable experience, however, in order to use the dynamic features and AIDEN, you will need a smart phone.

Will my bed eventually start to sag in the middle?

The Active Coils within the BRYTE Bed will continue to adapt and provide support for the lifetime of the bed. Say goodbye to sagging mattresses.

Does the bed run continuously all day?

No, the BRYTE Bed remains in idle mode during most of the day. During the day, your anonymous sleep data is uploaded to the BRYTE Cloud and analyzed in order to prepare for your next night’s sleep. Before you go to bed, the BRYTE Bed adjusts the bed temperature, adaptive surface and room temperature and lighting (optional). Once asleep, the bed adjust through the night to keep you sleeping soundly and again in the morning to wake you naturally.

How does the bed know when I'm asleep?

The BRYTE Bed uses a combination of motion, temperature and heart rate to detect when you are beginning to and have fallen asleep.

Is the bed safe for an infant to sleep on?

While the BRYTE Bed meets industry standard UL safety standards for beds, we recommend following the American Academy of Pediatrics safety standards for the optimal sleep environment for your baby, which recommends that infants sleep in a separate bassinet or crib until they are at least 2 years old.

How does the heating and cooling in the bed work?

The BRYTE Bed has an air-based heating and cooling system in each foundation base (left and right). Using air in the room, the BRYTE Bed will distribute the warm or cold air to the bed surface on each side selected.

What versions of Phillips Hue lights do you support?

We support Hue Bridge V2 ( Which was released on 6th October 2015 ). We do not support hue bridge 1.0.

What version of Nest Thermostat do you support?

We no longer support the Nest Thermostat.

How does the bed track my sleep?

The BRYTE Bed uses a combination of safe, integrated sensors, embedded in the bed, that precisely detect heart rate, respiratory, and motion which can be used to track your sleep stages and analyze the quality of your sleep. This includes knowing when you have fallen asleep and when you wake up.

Shipping and delivery

When can I expect my Bryte Bed to arrive?

Your BRYTE Bed will typically arrive within a week of purchase. You will receive a phone call and email before your bed is about to ship.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to anywhere in the Continental United States at this time.

Do you charge for shipping?

Yes we charge a flat rate of $250 shipping anywhere in the USA.

How does my bed get delivered?

We don't want you to lift a finger so we work with our delivery partners, XPO, to deliver your bed to your home, install it for you, and set up the app experience for you.

Will you remove my old mattress?

Yes, we are happy to remove your old mattress for you at no additional charge when we deliver your new BRYTE Bed.

Do I have to pay a separate set up fee?

No. We will arrange for home delivery, which will include complimentary in-home set up.

Will I have to set it up myself?

With the purchase of the BRYTE Bed, we will provide complimentary in-home set up. We will also remove your old mattress per your request. A BRYTE Care specialist will contact you to set up in-home delivery.


Sleep concierge service

What does the Sleep Concierge Service include?

AIDEN, your personal sleep concierge, manages your entire sleep experience. From learning your preferences (temperature, support, lighting, bed and wake time) to tracking, analyzing and improving your sleep night after night. You will receive expert tips, and personalized trends based on your data and automatic software and bed updates. How much does it cost?

The service costs $15 per month but we are currently offering it complimentary with the purchase of the BRYTE Bed.

If I’m a single sleeper do I get a discount on my subscription?

The subscription cost for 1 user is $15 per month, $150 per year, or a $950 one-time fee. Your subscription can be shared at any point with 1 additional user at no additional charge. Currently our service is complementary with the purchase of a BRYTE Bed.

What is my Sleep Concierge Service compatible with?

Your Sleep Concierge Service is designed to work with any BRYTE Bed. Think of it as your sleep signature that can be used to provide you with the best quality sleep wherever you sleep on a BRYTE Bed.
