Flash can be used to enhance your site's appearance and message. We have
seen it used too much on some sites. We have seen other sites where a
message could have communicated much easier with Flash.
We may offer an opinion about Flash on your site, but in the end, it will
be up you to incorporate the use of Flash Multimedia in your site.
We have used Flash in a few places on this site to help make our message
